Too many plugins, too much usage of scripts on your free account then breaching the limits?
If you’ve got any cache plugins I’d recommend disabling them.

i’ve just 8 plugin and 2 pages

Probably advise having less plugins if it keeps happening.
If any cache plugins are enabled disable them first to see if it prevents errors.
